What we do

Our primary goal is a long term relationship as your IVR software provider. We use our experience to build a VoIP IVR system that makes sense to callers. Most of our work is integration to data elements. Larger companies have complex data that must be provided over VoIP using IVR software.  We also integrate to other VoIP equipment like queuing systems and VoIP phone systems. Oh, and we have our own IVR software VoIP engine that has been in the field for many years. This allows us to be incredibly flexible. If your application needs a special feature, we can build it. The same staff that built the IVR software libraries also build your application. These are extremely valuable engineers that can be brought in to make your project the best that it can be.

Call Center Consulting

We provide consulting services for small to medium call centers.  Our goal is to help transistion to a new software platforms for call management.  The transistion generally comes along with a need for new VoIP technology to replace the existing phone switch ( PBX or Hybrid ),  queueing system, IVR software, and web site.  Often times we provide the web site and IVR software which require integration to the new vendors call managment software.  We do not sell or recommend call center management software at this time, we just work with the vendor you select.

IVR Survey Systems

Our IVR Software includes an IVR survey system.  Our IVR survey system is a basic IVR software designed to allow users to create surveys using on online IVR hosting solution.  We do NOT sell the IVR hosting.  We sell a very simple application that you can use to sell IVR survey hosting to users.  The application is written in Visual Basic under Visual Studio 2005 and uses a Dialogic based IVR applications development system.

Health and Dental Insurance

Using our IVR Software and experience with this industry, we provide a scalable and easy to use system to give claim status and coverage information to members or service providers.  We have customers on both coasts and locations in between.

An import note about your industry!  Health and Insurance plan technology systems are heavily burdoned with exceptions to rules and complex conditional logic.  Be careful with IVR or web vendors offering inexpensive or canned solutions.  They may not have a good grasp of what the work load will be.  Also there is a special sweet spot between all the information a caller for and IVR may possibly need and what is reasonable to provide over the phone.  To do this right, get someone with experience on both sides.

Web and IVR together

Our graphics artist can provide a comprehensive web solution combined with IVR software integrated to your data.  (Ask for example sites.  The engineers built this one...bleh)

Why we use Dell for our IVR software and VoIP servers

The University of Michigan standardized on Dell servers for all of their data centers and continues to use dell workstations throughout the University.

I never had a Dell server fail.  Now when you also toss in the excellent pricing model you have an easy decision.  Buy a Dell server then spend your time working about something else.  I know this sounds like a Dell server ad, but it is the truth.

The Panasonic KXT308:

This is a great little hybrid for a very simple office environment.  There are 8 extensions supported and 3 phone lines shared.  Wiring is just like analog phone lines.  No complex IP telephony, just plug it in and it goes.  Works nicely with Vonage.  You can use analog phones or special Panasonic phones that have special features like line appearances.

The Panasonic KXT616:
This is the big brother to the 308.  Simular to above with 6 lines and 16 extensions.  This unit expands to even more capacity with additional hardware.

These phone systems are for easy down and dirty office setup.  They are used and are no longer in production.  If you need current technology features, look to VoIP systems, there are lots to choose from!
